Affiliated Professional Groups and New Associate Editor (July 1, 2002)The European Physical Society Interdivisional Group on Accelerators and the American Physical Society Division of Physics of Beams are the charter members of the recently formed PRST-AB "Affiliated Professional Groups." Together they share the responsibility for the health and vitality of the journal by providing advice and encouraging scholarly publication in accelerator science and technology. We are happy to welcome Michael W. Poole of Daresbury Laboratory (United Kingdom), as a new Associate Editor, as a result of the agreement establishing the Affiliated Professional Groups. Robert H.
